Regarding quality control of Jojo Inflatable
All fabrics and accessories are requested to provide test report from the supplier, and use good brand material like Plato.
After receiving orders from client, 3D modeling is performed to ensure the accuracy of product.
We follow the standardized sops on production each stage,with spout checks on seam seling, air retention and structural integrity. And 100% finished product test (inflation/deflation) before shipment.
Regarding craftshipment Inflatable
Reinforced seams with double&triple stitches.
We take care of all these details with extra reinforcement rods to guarantee that nothing will go wrong.
Reinforcing strip at the joint
Reinforcing bars to ensure safety and durability of inflatable products. We add reinforcing strips to the bottom joint and each corner. Keep the kids safe while bouncing.
D-ring for fixing
To ensure product safety with D-ring as below.
Air sealed inflatable
the joints are under high temperature bonding treatment, ensure no air leakage occurs.
Regarding Customized
Each inflatable can be customized like size, shape ,printing and blower. We will design basing on your request and will sent photographing of the product to you for final confirmation.
